Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer complimentary freight delivery on all qualifying full flooring orders. These shipments are made via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers and are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery timing once your order has shipped.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Important: We do not ship to PO boxes. All deliveries must be made to a physical address accessible by freight.

Returns

Our surfaces are made to elevate the space they enter. As such, all returns must meet the following conditions:

• Samples are not eligible for return or refund.
  Due to handling and customization, sample orders are final sale.

• Full flooring orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unopened and in its original condition

  • Palletized and protected for transport

  • Returned with prior approval

We do not cover return freight for full orders. If you'd like to return a product, you are responsible for booking and paying for your own LTL return shipment to our designated warehouse. Instructions and return address will be provided upon approval.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
